Processing Time: Local orders (UAE) are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order is confirmed.

International Shipping: We currently only ship to addresses within [United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia]. For international orders, additional taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during local transit.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Please ensure that all mandatory fields are correctly filled out to avoid delivery issues.

Uncollected Orders Due to Incorrect Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact the customer multiple times to obtain the correct information. If the customer fails to provide the correct address or contact number after multiple attempts, we are not responsible for the item anymore. In such cases, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances: If the customer does not collect the order from the carrier and it is returned to us due to the reasons mentioned above, no refund will be issued. It is crucial to respond to our communications promptly to resolve any address-related issues.

For Business: If a business has ordered from us matcha, it cannot be canceled or refunded after we have collected the payment. We work with manufactures and once an order is placed we submit it to our partners and they start the grinding process immediately. There fore it cannot be canceled or returned.
